Our coaches, facilitators and regional partners bring deep sector experience alongside professional credentials and a genuine belief that great leadership changes more than organisations. It changes the communities around them.

We look for coaches who bring both professional coaching credentials and real sector experience. You will need a coaching qualification, a minimum of 100 hours of leadership coaching experience, and ICF accreditation at ACC or PCC level. You will also need a background as a senior leader in education, post-secondary education or the not-for-profit sector.

Our selection process includes a review of your coaching experience and credentials, a recorded coaching call assessed against our quality criteria, and a conversation with your regional lead. We are looking for coaches who share our belief that mindset shift is at the heart of lasting leadership change.

Once selected, you will complete a 48-hour induction program accredited by the ICF as Continuing Coach Education. You will receive ongoing supervision, access to our full curriculum and coaching tools, and ICF-accredited professional development throughout your time with us.
