The third topic in our Leadership in Practice Series, this open program focuses on coaching conversations, one of the most powerful tools available to middle leaders. This program enables leaders to develop the talent in their team, tap into their natural coaching style and learn from a professional leadership coach. Our Leadership in Practice Series focuses on building capability through practice, reflection, and real-world application.
This flexible leadership program is multimodal with professional facilitators and coaches working through a series of sessions that link learning with actions to use in your everyday work. This program will provide you with strategies and insights to support you in developing your own leadership and style.
The program combines
- 3 x 2-hour virtual workshops
- 2 x 60-minute virtual coaching sessions
- 6-month AI-enabled Speak Like a Leader enrolment
