We work with leaders and organisations across education, post-secondary institutions and the not-for-profit sector because we believe great leadership builds something stronger, not just for the people in the room, but for the world beyond it. Beyond our work

Giving back, globally

BTS Spark's work goes beyond leadership development. Across the BTS global family, our people contribute time, skills, and resources to communities around the world. This includes our partnership with Sparkassenstiftung, delivering experiential business learning programs that have reached over 197,000 people in developing economies, and our support of AvoVision in South Africa, which has trained over 637,000 community members since 2009.

We publish a quarterly social impact report capturing the reach and outcomes of this work.
