Overview
For the leaders driving social change
The pressure on not-for-profit leaders is real, relentless and rarely acknowledged. For many, that means navigating rising demand, funding uncertainty and lean teams while staying connected to the mission that brought them to the work in the first place.
BTS Spark is a mission-driven practice within BTS. We work with not-for-profit and social impact organisations at prices designed around their reality.

FAQs
What kinds of not-for-profit organisations do you work with?
We work with a wide range of not-for-profit and social impact organisations, from small community organisations through to large multi-site charities, international NGOs and social enterprises. Programs can be designed for individual leaders, leadership teams or whole organisations.
Can individual not-for-profit leaders access support, or is it only for organisations?
Both. Individual leaders can access 1:1 development and AI-enabled learning tools. Organisations can commission co-designed programs for their leadership team or a wider cohort of staff.
Our budget for leadership development is very limited. Can you still help?
Yes. We offer a range of options at different price points, designed with the realities of not-for-profit budgets in mind. Reach out and we will find something that works for your situation.
What makes your approach different from other leadership development providers for not-for-profit organisations?
We bring the research base and global infrastructure of BTS alongside genuine sector knowledge, at a cost model designed for not-for-profit organisations. Our Mindset Map is a framework of 30 leadership mindsets drawn from over 150,000 coaching conversations and decades of research into what drives real and lasting leadership change. It is not a fixed program: it is a flexible foundation that allows us to focus the development work on the mindsets that will make the biggest difference for each leader in their specific context. For not-for-profit leaders, that often means focusing on sustaining wellbeing under pressure, making values-aligned decisions when resources are stretched, and building the leadership depth that means the organisation does not depend entirely on one person to hold it together.
