NT Foundational Leadership Program 2027

A 9-month program for emerging leaders in Northern Territory schools. Grow your leadership capability, thrive in your role and lead with real impact.
Step into your leadership journey with confidence
The NT Foundational Leadership Program is a modified school-year program designed to support and empower emerging leaders to grow, thrive and lead with impact in Northern Territory schools.
Starting Term 1, Friday 19 February 2027 and running to the beginning of Term 4 2027, it blends face-to-face workshops, online learning and personalised coaching, so what you learn is put straight to work in your own school. Coaching sessions use the MBIR framework to shape your objective across mindset, behaviour, results and impact.
