Leader as Coach is our most popular group programme amongst our school and trust clients in the UK. It helps leaders swap giving answers for asking better questions and builds everyday habits of presence, listening, curiosity and empowering others - skills that enable them to consistently grow the confidence and capability of others.

The programme can be delivered as a series of workshop or group coaching sessions to suit your calendar and budget, with optional 1:1 coaching to provide individual support as they put their learning into practice.
