Overview

Leadership development in the United States

Our US team works with schools, districts, colleges and universities, and not-for-profit organizations across all 50 states.

We've been working with education and nonprofit leaders in the US since 2019, combining deep sector knowledge with the expertise of one of the world's top leadership organizations.

We provide expert one-on-one leadership coaching, powerful group experiences, and custom team and organizational development programs, all designed to build the leadership capabilities that make the biggest difference in your context.

Whether you're looking for support for a single leader or looking to develop an entire team or leadership cohort, our aim is the same: powerful, practical learning that shifts mindsets, unlocks potential, and creates meaningful change.

Change Ready Leadership

Change is constant. How leaders think about it is not, and that difference is one of the biggest factors in whether change actually succeeds.

Our research identifies four relationships leaders and organizations have with change: Receiver, Resistor, Controller, and Change Ready. Most leaders and organizations are a mix of all four, and that mix shifts depending on the challenge in front of them. When leaders respond as receivers, resistors, or controllers, change slows down. Change-ready leaders and organizations learn, adapt, and move forward together.

We start with the Change Ready Leader Explorer, a diagnostic that helps individual leaders understand their own relationship to change, paired with a group report that shows what that looks like across a team or organization. From there, we design interactive Change Ready Leadership experiences, from a 90-minute session to a full day of learning, built around what the data actually shows.

AI & Innovation

We help schools and not-for-profits build the AI literacy, leadership mindset, and workflow redesign skills that turn that speed into an advantage instead of a threat.

  • Putting AI Into Action: Modular learning that builds practical AI literacy, from what AI is and isn't, to how it works, to advanced prompting and AI-enabled problem solving. Scales from introductory to advanced, depending on the group.
  • Leadership in the Age of Hybrid Intelligence: A three- to four-hour leadership experience for senior leaders learning to lead when people and AI work side by side. Leaders debate real trade-offs, prototype solutions to their own problems with live AI, and leave with concrete experiments. Cascades to the next layer of leadership in shorter, virtual versions.
  • Workflow Reimagination: Intact teams map how work actually gets done, find the friction, and redesign their workflows with AI. The output is a prioritized set of experiments to test and scale, not just individual productivity gains.
